Accessing Suite 311
When arriving at The O2, head towards Entrance B. This will be where your ticket will be scanned in, and you will go through security screening. Once you have passed this point, there will be no readmission into the venue.
Once doors have opened you can make your way up the escalators within the glass wall, once at the top you will arrive at level 2. There will be a host situated at this point who will welcome you and direct you to level 3, where suite 311 is located.
