WHEN WILL I GET MY TICKETS?

Our guest team will be in contact with you nearer your selected show date via the email address you provided when you secured your seats. Please note that tickets will only be transferred a few days in advance of the show date. The team will confirm when and how your tickets will be provided along with any other information you need in advance of your arrival at the O2. Please check your junk folder regularly just in case their emails are misdirected.

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN MY PRIZE?

Your prize consists of two VIP tickets to your selected show. It does not include travel or accommodation. The seats will be in the brand's reserved enclosure within The O2, where you will be able to purchase food and drink from your host or the interactive screen. Please note that The O2 is a cashless venue, and they only accept cards for the purchase of food, drink and merchandise.

WHY ISN’T MY CODE WORKING?

Your unique number is only valid for 14 days from the date you received your winner’s email. If you are trying to redeem after this deadline, unfortunately your prize has expired. If you are trying to redeem your code within the 14 day window and it is being rejected, please contact us at events@electricperformances.co.uk.

WHAT IF I CAN’T GO TO THE SHOW I’VE SELECTED?

If you have selected your seats and can no longer attend your chosen show, please notify us no less than 72 hours before the show. You will need to email events@electricperformances.co.uk with the original lead guest name email address. Unfortunately, we are unable to transfer your tickets to another show.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE SHOW I’VE SELECTED DOESN’T GO AHEAD?

If there are any changes to your selected show, our guest liaison team will be in contact as soon as they are made aware of the change. If your show is postponed, your ticket will remain valid for the new date and you won't have to exchange it. If your show is cancelled, we will attempt to offer you an alternative prize.

HOW DO I GET TO THE O2?

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE AT THE O2 FOR MY SHOW?

Performance times and support acts can change. Sometimes even on the day of the show. Give yourself plenty of time to get in, through security and find your seat, we wouldn’t want you to miss anything. If your ticket only shows one time, it’s usually the time the doors open.

ARE THERE ANY AGE RESTRICTIONS FOR SHOWS AT THE O2?

Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over; and children under 16 may only enter the Event with seated Tickets and cannot enter the standing area.

CAN I TAKE MY BAG INTO THE ARENA?

Only small bags (no larger than 35cm x 40cm x 19cm) will be allowed into The O2 arena. There are also certain items that are not allowed into The O2 arena. These include: food, drink, liquids. You can leave larger bags / personal bags at The O2's bag storage facility just outside the main entrance, at a cost of £10 per bag. All bags will be searched and screened before being accepted into the bag storage facility.

The bag storage closes at 30 minutes after the event finishes. The O2 won’t hold your items overnight, so you must pick them up before the facility closes. Opening times are Monday to Friday 12:00hrs to 30mins after event finishes. Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays 16:30hrs to 30 mins after event finishes.

DOES MY TICKET GIVE ME ACCESS TO ANY OTHER AREAS AT THE O2?

With your ticket you will have access to the American Express Lounge on the ground floor. The lounge opens one hour before the arena doors and closes a minimum of one hour after the end of the show. Simply show your valid show ticket at The O2 Guest Services Hub reception desk and access will be granted if there is capacity. Please be aware, capacity is limited, so access will be provided on a first come, first served basis.

CAN I TRANSFER MY TICKETS TO ANOTHER SHOW?

Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable and cannot be sold for monetary value. They can only be redeemed by the named winner.
