  1. The promoter is Fiat Chrysler Automobiles UK Ltd, Pinley House, 2 Sunbeam Way, Coventry, CV3 1ND. Fiat is a trading name of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles UK Ltd (the “Promoter”). The Promoter is a member of the Stellantis N.V. group of companies.
  2. The Promoter operates prize draws on its website at https://www.electricperformances.co.uk/ (each a “Prize Draw” and together the “Promotion”).
  3. The Prize Draws are open to UK residents above the age of 18 (“Entrant”), except for employees of Stellantis N.V. group companies, their immediate families, Stellantis N.V. group authorised retailers or agencies.
  4. By entering into a Prize Draw, Entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The Promoter may terminate any entry or prize if the Entrant fails to comply with any of these terms and conditions or are unlikely to do so.
  5. There will be three (3) Prize Draws which may be entered between the dates below:
    Prize Draw 1 26/03/2024 to 09/04/2024 (the “Closing Date”)
    Prize Draw 2 22/05/2024 to 12/06/2024 (the “Closing Date”)
    Prize Draw 3 21/08/2024 to 11/09/2024 (the “Closing Date”)
  6. There will be a minimum of 9 prizes awarded per Prize Draw, with each winner (“Winner”) receiving a pair of VIP seats in the Promoter’s designated area at The O2 for selected shows (the “Prize”). The tickets are made available to Winners on a first come, first served basis. Specific shows are subject to availability. Entrants will be entitled to win a maximum of one (1) Prize per draw.
  7. To be eligible for a Prize Draw, Entrants must follow the link sent via email by the Promoter, complete the registration form of the relevant Prize Draw. The registration form must be completed by the relevant Closing Date for the draw.
  8. No purchase or fee is required to enter a Prize Draw. Only one entry is permitted per person. Bulk entries or entries automatically generated by a computer will not be valid. An internet connection is required to enter Prize Draws and to claim any prize.
  9. The Entrants are responsible for providing accurate personal details; the Promoter will not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate details provided by the Entrant.
  10. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any costs not specifically included in the Prize such as but not limited to: overnight accommodation, transport, food and drink, spending money, taxes or personal expenditure.
  11. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be sold for monetary value. They can only be redeemed by the named winner. Re-sale of tickets is strictly forbidden, and if caught can result in the banning of entry to all future events at The O2 and cancellation of a suite license.
  12. Winners will be expected to adhere to any reasonable requests made by O2 staff. Offensive language or behaviour will not be tolerated. Any drunk or disorderly conduct will result in the immediate ejection from the arena by The O2 security.
  13. A randomised computer process will choose the Winners. 4 Separate Prize Draws will take place: Prize Draw 1 will take place on 14/12/2023 in which the Winners will be eligible for selected shows in January, February and March. Prize Draw 2 will take place on 13/03/2024, in which the Winners will be eligible for selected shows in April, May and June 2024. Prize Draw 3 will take place on 13/06/2024, in which the Winners will be eligible for selected shows in July, August and September 2024. Prize Draw 4 will take place on 12/09/2024, in which the Winners will be eligible for selected shows in October, November and December 2024.
  14. The Winners will be provided with a unique reference number. To redeem the Prize, the Winners must select their seats for available shows from the eligible show dates provided on the campaign website https://www.electricperformances.co.uk/. If a Prize remains unclaimed for 14 days, from the time of the notification email, it will be forfeited, and a supplementary Winner will be drawn at the Promoter’s discretion.
  15. Winners will receive their tickets via the official O2 Arena app (AXS app) using the email address provided. Winners will need to accept the transfer via the AXS app 3 days prior to the event. Any tickets unclaimed after this period will be forfeited.
  16. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate or temporarily suspend any Prize Draw in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its reasonable control (“Force Majeure Event”).
  17. Cancellation of events held at The O2 resulting relating to (but not limited to) pandemic, epidemic or restrictions on public gatherings will constitute a Force Majeure Event.
  18. The Promoter reserves the right to replace a Prize with an alternative Prize in case of a Force Majeure event. No cash alternative is available.
  19. Except in the case of death or personal injury arising from its negligence, or in respect of fraud, and so far, as is permitted by law, the Promoter and its associated companies and agents exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising from any act or default of any third-party supplier or from circumstances which are beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.
  20. The Promoter reserves the right to require valid proof of identification (as determined in its sole discretion) from the Winner prior to issuing a Prize.
  21. The Promoter will not be responsible for any inability of any Winner to take up their Prize and accepts no responsibility for incorrectly completed, lost or delayed entries, notices, acceptances, tickets or other documents related to the Prize.
  22. Entrants agree, should they win a Prize, to be bound by the terms of entry specified by the venue. For events at The O2, terms of entry may be viewed online at: https://www.theo2.co.uk/legal/terms-and-conditions-legal.
  23. By entering a Prize Draw, Entrants acknowledge, should they win a Prize, that they may be required to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the Prize Draw without further consent or payment. Such publicity may include, without limitation, the Winner’s name and/or image, statements made by the Winner concerning the Prize Draw and the prizes. The Promoter is not responsible for any posts which the Entrant, or a third party publishes, on any social media websites, applications or platforms and the Entrant confirms that such posts are not sponsored by the Promoter.
  24. These terms and conditions, and any instructions from the Promoter, constitute the entire agreement between the Entrant, and the Promoter relating to this Promotion or any Prize Draw and supersede any prior agreements between the Entrant and the Promoter. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavour to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision and the other provisions of the terms and conditions will remain in full force and effect.
  25. All personal data will be held by FCA Italy S.p.A as data controller. Personal data will be held in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 and in accordance with FCA Italy S.p.A.’s privacy notice, a copy of which can be found at https://www.fiat.com/privacy. The administration of the Prize Draw is a requested service as specified in the privacy notice. In order to administer the Promotion, the Promoter will require certain essential information including name, address and contact details. Entrants’ details will be passed onto a third party for the administration of the Promotion.
  26. Entrants agree to release the Promoter and its affiliates, partners and employees from any and all liability, claims, demands and causes of action for personal injury and or damage, theft or loss suffered in connection with the Prize, save where due to the negligence of the Promoter or its affiliates, partners and employees.
  27. The decision of the Promoter is final, and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
  28. These terms and conditions and all matters arising from or in connection with them are governed by English law and the courts of England & Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of a dispute.
